My name is Farideh Gibson. Australian citizen and lived in Perth for the last 20 years, married with two children. Traveled and worked in different countries such as UK, Canada, Malaysia and Middle East. Enjoy living in Perth most with it’s beautiful beaches and weather. Graduated as a scientist in England and from Murdoch University as environmentalist but currently following my passion as a Yoga, Meditation, Tai chi, Pilates Instructor as well as Personal trainer in the last decade. Passionate about helping others change their lives and achieve their goals.

    As a 78 y.o. who has been attending Farah's Pilates/yoga classes for 13 year I found that their limited size and Farah's ability to adjust exercises to allow for a participant's physical injuries has really helped fix a previously nagging lower back problem. The inevitable increase in my core strength has allowed me a greater enjoyment of life in general. Thank you Farah.
