Pilates is a focused form of exercise with an emphasis on patient education and self-management to achieve long lasting health and wellness outcomes.
The exercises are designed to encourage an understanding of the development of correct posture, alignment and movement. We now offer group mat classes featuring modern and traditional Pilates and rehabilitation exercises.
The exercises use your body weight as resistance utilising small apparatus such as TheraBand, Chi- balls, fit-balls and magic circles for rehabilitation, strengthening and toning.
